I have a team of Sql Server DBAs and Architects. One of our newer teams is building a product exclusively on Postgres. Now, I need to make sure that we have the knowledge base to support this project. The team is excellent in Sql Server, but we are figuring our way into Postgres as and when things happen. But I want to have a more formalized approach to improve the overall knowlege level.
